The Wellbeing Pillar

Wellbeing is about you looking after yourself, your sleep, nutrition, making sure everything meshes together so that you can live the life you want. It involves reducing or keeping stress to a minimum while juggling what you require from yourself to live the life you have now, or the life that Future You wants.

For example;
Nutrition impacts how well you can exercise in terms of the energy you have and the output potential.
Exercise can determine how fit and energetic you are, and the energy you have for work, your social life, dating etc.
Dating can mean late nights, eating food you don’t usually eat at home, which can cause health issues, and that goes back to nutrition.

Being unfit means you may not be able to do the job you’re employed to do as well as you’re required to do it.

Everything in our lives impacts another area of our lives, and wellbeing is about balancing our bodies, minds, spirits so we can live our lives as well as possible.

This pillar includes three modules which focus on different aspects of Wellbeing.

The modules are based on

Fun Fitness

A lot of us let our day to day busyness take centre stage, and our health can suffer, which can then impact other areas of our lives.

But, finding an activity or sport that you really enjoy doing can go a long way to getting into a good routine that works with the rest of your life, and keeping your health and fitness on track in a way that you want.

This task gives you the opportunity to have fun being active, sporty, and finding your new fave way of keeping fit.

Moody Boosters

Lots of us Singles have learned the hard way, that people aren’t always there when we need them there to lift us, no matter how much they’ve promised to be.

Being able to boost our own spirits when we’re down is essential. We know that we shouldn’t rely on food, alcohol or any other vices like that as they’re short term fixes, which can cause long term issues.

This task will give you a tool you can use whenever you need to lift your own spirits. We can’t always rely on other people to do that for us, and this is another way of taking charge of your life.

The Older You

She might be several decades away, but can you picture yourself as an older lady? What sort of life do you want to have? Do you at least know how able and healthy you want to be? If you haven’t yet thought about it much, here’s your chance to consider it.

This task will have you thinking about what you want for yourself, and what you can do now to make so that Future You can be one helluva happy woman!

If you’re feeling motivated, and other areas are coming to mind now, that’s great!

There’s plenty to come. 
Some of the upcoming modules include:-
 
● increase the money you earn

● get planning, to give yourself something to look forward to
● learn how to promote yourself to get a better job  

It’s natural to be feeling pressure if you have multiple areas you need to work on…..

but try not to take on too much at once. Some of these modules and their tasks are short, one day projects. Others might take a bit more time, over days or weeks.
You may be able to do several at a time, once you get started, but don’t worry if you can’t. And, you may not need any help in all areas of life, and that’s good! You can conserve your energy, or get started on the area you do want to work on.
